Migration Steps Overview
Export your site from your current provider
Access your old controller, navigate to Settings > System > Export Site, and download the site export file.
Prepare your UniHosted controller
On your new UniHosted controller, ensure Multi-Site Management is enabled under Settings > System > Site Management.
Import your site
Select 'Add Site', choose 'Import Site', and upload the site export file from your old controller.
Migrate your devices
Update the Inform URL to point to your new UniHosted controller. Follow the prompts to migrate your devices.
Verify the migration
Monitor the status as devices transition from 'Getting Ready' to 'Connected'. Verify all settings transferred correctly.
